Well worn; cover loose and missing four chunks (1/2"x1.5"; 1/2"x1/4"; 1/8"x1/4"; 3/16"x1/4") along spine -- most of missing cover is on rear of comic; several creases and folds; all pages intact and supple.

Nevertheless, grading comics and other collectibles is subjective to an extent. Dealers graded many/most of the comics that I sell. I graded the others and generally jibe with the dealers’ opinions. Note that, for comics from the ‘40s, ‘50s, ‘60s, and early ‘70s, it’s very rare for me to assign a grade higher than FN+ (i.e., a little better than “Fine”). I’m very strict for the high grades.
