Three minor tears along spine. 1/2" tear perpendicular to bottom edge. Frayed right edge. Writing on cover ($.15) in pencil. 1/2" giagonal price tag on front cover.

Nevertheless, grading comics and other collectibles is subjective to an extent. Dealers graded many/most of the comics that I sell. I graded the others and generally jibe with the dealers’ opinions.
